Refund policy
Retail items
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Wholesale orders
Please note that wholesale orders could have a small percentage of items with small marks or blemishes due to being long term warehouse stored. It's across the whole industry as items are being parcelled and shipped so many times. Although we carefully check every order there also might be some items without packaging or tags. Please allow 15% of the total items purchased for any defects. We DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS on wholesale orders, all items can be seen in our showroom in person before purchase. If you wish not to see items before hand and place an order, your order is 100% non returnable, without any exceptions.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale/ clearance items or wholesale items. All items can be seen in our showroom before purchase. Please note that all pictures of our "mixed" wholesale lots are for illustration purposes only, this stock constantly changes as new items come in. When you make a purchase you agree to our terms and conditions and refund/return policy.
Exchanges (retail)
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 working days.
